Eat Tastee (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides meal prep, catering, and related products through our website. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of order using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Square).
Eat Tastee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after preparation has begun.
Delivery times depend on your location and scheduling capacity. We make every effort to deliver meals on time and in good condition, though delays may occur due to traffic or weather. Catering bookings require advance notice and a deposit, which may be non-refundable depending on timing and cancellation policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive orders.
Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final once the order has been prepared or delivered. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for errors or incorrect deliveries. Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing EatTasteeCatering@gmail.com.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and nutritional information; however, variations may occur due to ingredient availability or preparation methods. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must disclose them when placing an order. Eat Tastee is not responsible for allergic reactions if such information is not provided.
